An Artist
As the word can describe what is going on in my mind
Penguins
The cute critters of the arctic
Take up much of the space between my ears
Much like the arrows of cupid
Love
Flows like water in my heart until it broke
The knives cut deep and the pain spread like wildfire until there was nothing left
A Phoenix
Rebirth ever coming
Born from the ashes takes flight
From this ever restless night
A Writer
The words ever flow
With generally no direction
Until I capture them on paper
They won’t be mine
